In the aftermath of last year’s finale, in which Lewis Hamilton got cheated out of another World Title, there were some who thought he may retire immediately or after one more year. I was and still am one of those people, with the mental toll that took and with how bad Mercedes W13 has been this year, it is easy to think he may call it a career. On the other side, however, he has made comments about being excited to get into next year’s car, which has made my thought of him retiring seem a little far-fetched. I believe Mercedes will have a solid second half of the season and may even win a race. Hopefully, Sir Lewis Hamilton continues to race in F1, and hopefully the car he is in can develop back into a race winner.
